Photography Services Agreement

By booking a session with Michael William Photography, you agree to the following terms:

Copyright & Ownership

All images created during your session are the exclusive property of Michael William Photography.

You retain rights to your likeness and may request usage limitations at any time.

Client Image Usage

You may share images for personal or promotional use as long as proper credit is given (e.g., “Photo by Michael William Photography”).

Tagging my social accounts is appreciated.

Editing, altering, reselling, or commercially distributing images without permission is not allowed.

Photographer Usage Rights

Michael William Photography may use selected images for promotional purposes, including social media, portfolio display, and marketing.

You may request restrictions on specific images.

Access & Viewing

Galleries are view‑only unless download permission is explicitly granted.

As part of the session reveal, the gallery link will be publicly shared on my social media and promotional platforms.

Clients may share the public link but may not extract, screenshot, or redistribute images.

Payment, Rescheduling & Cancellation

Payment is due on or before the session date.

Sessions may be rescheduled for weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations do not guarantee refunds unless otherwise agreed upon.

Session Expectations

Clients agree to arrive on time, communicate needs, and behave safely during the session. Sessions may be ended early if unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is 12–14 days, unless a rush upgrade is purchased.

Liability

Michael William Photography is not responsible for:

Loss of access due to expired galleries
Third‑party misuse of images once shared publicly
Issues caused by unauthorized editing or redistribution
Injuries or damages during the session unless due to photographer negligence

Agreement

By booking a session or accessing your gallery, you agree to all terms listed above.
